Staff very polite and helpful. Useful amenities on site.

Little outdated and needs a refresh in some areas. The pod was very cramped for 2 Adults and 2 older children.

Swimming pool was o.k but again the changing rooms and toilets were dated.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great food in the lodge. My 7 year old loved the animal walk.

Not what we hoped for. The site had good intentions and was kept clean but poorly executed. Very dated. Poorly maintained, terrible entertainment that nearly made us leave. This was only made up by the beautiful surroundings and local activities and attractions.

They would be much better off dropping the in house catering and bought in entertainment and putting money into updating the pool, toilet facilities and general upkeep whilst having visiting food trucks etc. We will not be returning any time soon but can see the appeal to those who want a cheap, no frills experience

Great location. Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Pub and food was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again. It was my you hear daughters first time camping and she loves it so much. My girls made some friends. Such a family friendly site.

Great location, beautiful setting, enough entertainment for children, friendly staff. Would recommend!

Could do with an additional fridge for freezer blocks and bathrooms could do with an upgrade.

The staffs were friendly, the view was fabulous, good swimming pool, facilities were good, nice pub with fair prices for food and drinks.

There’s no food on Sunday

The toilet & shower are dated but they also need a really really good clean.
They also advertise a bus service outside on the main road, but they should also say that buses don't run on a Sunday, it cost us £15 for a taxi to cheddar.

The shop was well stocked and fairly priced for essentials. The site was clean and had beautiful views. We stayed in a quieter area that was ideal

Some issues with hot water & showers

Wonderful views, friendly staff. Great overall atmosphere on the site. Close to Wookey Hole which the children loved.

The shower blocks and toilets could have been cleaner. Likewise the small swimming pool was pretty dirty, not that it bothered the children.
