Liked: The size of the pitch and cleanliness of the area.
Disliked: Lack of hospitality or welcome. The host was on site but never introduced himself or offered any sort of information or guidance. The place lacked atmosphere.

Great location.Disliked: Hadn't appreciated that the hot tub we had already paid a premium of £100(?) for was wood-burner heated and would require 3-4 bags of logs at a cost of £7 per bag and 3-4 hours to get up to temperature. Subsequent re-heatings were less onerous and costly, but still a consideration.
Welcome could have been a little warmer!

Liked: Showers and toilet block immaculate and well stocked . Park clean and scenic.
Disliked: Lack of personal attention on check in no instructions received to find key fob and pitch allocation. Due to renovations no tv or games room as stated.
Kids fave it the thumbs up, so that's a good sign

Liked: The whole experience of the site. Friendly staff, lovely location. Pod spacious for a small area, accommodated us well. Great with shower and toilet in it - great bonus. Outside area was lovely with hot tub (no bubbles but that was fine) option of bbq.
Disliked: No clear info on WiFi. Might just have been us but we couldn't access it. Although we should have asked at reception so this is on us.

Liked: Nice level pitch, which included water, electric and grey waste water. Site was lovely and quiet. Close to town, I could use my mobility scooter to pop in and out of Crieff. We didn't use the toilets or showers, as we used out own in the Motorhome. So cannot comment on these. Only thing used was the toilet waste which was good and nice and clean.
Disliked: The people running the site, were far from friendly, took them all their time to come out and show my husband how to use the self service check in. That was the only time we saw them in 5 days, not very hospitable, not wat's expected on a Scottish Site. Anyway we weren't there to stay with them and the site was good.
