Nicely kept site, hot tub was a nice luxury when camping. Helpful staff, clean facilities and nice and close to local town.

Very clean and well kept site. Glamping pod very spacious with great facilities. Loved the hot tub. Lovely big field for kids playing and great views.

Absolutely nothing

Pitch was like a building site with mounds of stones next to it. No place to sit outside.
I am afraid we made the decision to leave right away and found another site.

This is a good location close to Crieff which is a short uphill walk. The facilities are kept clean and the showers and toilets are reasonable.

As we were putting up the day tent we use in lieu of an awning, we were approached by a man who told us as it didn’t connect to the vehicle it had to be taken down. There was no explanation (other than “tents aren’t allowed”), no apology for the (huge) inconvenience and he walked away as I was speaking to him. The pitches are large and this just seemed petty and officious. Such a shame as I thought this kind of “take it or leave it” attitude was gone from Scottish Tourism. In general it seemed that there were a lot of rules, codes etc and that they were more interested in their glamping pitches than tourers. I wouldn’t return for this reason.

Mattresses were rather tatty and the wood needed a coat of paint externally. Our next door neighbours seem to have spread onto our area of garden in front of pod. Perhaps clearer demarkation lines needed. Neighbours' 3 kids also playing football in front and behind our pod. Football isn't actually allowed so maybe better checks my manager. A couple of strolls around park might have sufficed. Main problem with pod, and this would possibly be for anyone thinking of sleeping in a cabin/pod anywhere is: SPIDERS. Huge black ones would come at night forcing my wife and daughter to sleep in car. Although we sprayed the pod ourselves, this had little effect. So think twice about sleeping in this type of accommodation. Tents are in fact much better against creepy crawlies!

The park is beautiful with a lovely river running by, perfect for fishing. Facilities are very clean. The staff were very accommodating. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
