With palm trees dotted across the park and an Andalusia beachfront location, Alcorrín's Camping La Bella Vista – a 20-minute walk from the seaside resort of Puerto de La Duquesa on the Costa del Sol – is a splendid seaside spot where pitches are shaded by established palm, plane and eucalyptus trees. Laze on a lounger at the beachfront swimming pool or on Playa El Castillo beach, getting up to order cocktails at the site's outdoor bar and food at the restaurant. Fill your belly with tasty food while looking out at the Mediterranean Sea through the big windows, or bag a table and chairs on the terrace out in the open air for a drink while you look out at a stunning sunset. For indoor imbibing, a lounge bar serving beers, wines and spirits (with a wide TV if you need your television fix…) is on site as well. More into exploring than eyeing up screens while on a hol? Ask at reception about organising trips around local hotspots such as the British territory of Gibraltar (45 minutes’ drive) and the glitzy seaside resort of Marbella (40 minutes). Quiz them about walking trails, scuba diving, sailing, fishing, paragliding and horse riding tours too – all are available in the local area. To feel the sea breeze on your face, wander for 10 minutes along the beachfront promenade towards the fishing village of Castillo de la Duquesa, continuing on for another 10 minutes to Puerto de La Duquesa for a pretty marina lined with bars, restaurants and cafés. Stop off here for paddles at Playa de la Colonia beach – it’s a sandy stretch of coast with a playground for the kids. Camping La Bella Vista has modern, high-quality facilities including individual showers with 24-hour hot water, family bathrooms, disabled facilities, washing machines and dryers. A well-stocked supermarket selling essentials and camping supplies is also at the park.

Brilliant beachside spot, close to shops and the strip. Toilets and showers are usually spotless and up-to-date, though a couple of small fixes needed. Sites are decent, but a bit cosy or bare for some. Staff are tops – always friendly and keen to help. A bit of road noise and some wanted more to do. Despite small niggles, folks want to come back.

Liked Location - on the beach . Gated access to prom and a 10min walk to the small marina surrounded by bars and restaurants. Dog friendly. A lovely beach for swimming even in November. Very welcoming on arrival, easy check in. Good shop on site for essentials and fresh bread delivered every morning . Showers and toilet facilities excellent: also each pitch as its own electric and water . Site is quiet and beautifully laid out with palm trees it has quite a tropical feel to it

Disliked A bit of road noise as it is on a busy highway , but this is offset by the beautiful beach and sound of the sea. Standard pitches are small, we have a VW California which just fits

Liked This is the best campsite we’ve stayed at during our whole trip to Spain. It ticked all the boxes. The location is great as there is a gate that leads you right onto the beach and boardwalk, it’s about 10-15 minutes to the port area with plenty of bars and restaurants. Also there are supermarkets walkable (about 5 mins). The facilities are clean, showers are very powerful and warm. There is a bar and restaurant onsite with entertainment on some evenings, we did the pub quiz on a Monday. There is a mix of permanent and non permanent pitches and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We were by the main road which has some noise but we slept fine (we are heavy sleepers) plus it was a good spot as you get the sun most of the day. However you can ask for a spot nearer the beach if you are worried about noise. There is a pool which is open and they have sunbeds so it was nice to relax in the sun. The site is dog friendly and has a dog wash station and our dog enjoyed the walks along the boardwalk and having a beach on the doorstep for runs out. We only booked 3 nights but ended up staying for 6 as it was the perfect mix of relaxing and activities to have a proper holiday.

Liked Der Campingplatz ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Standplätze ausreichend groß mit 16A Stromabsicherung, topp.
Die Sanitären Anlagen sind modern und sauber. Das Restaurant sehr schön mit super netter Belegschaft. Wir konnten einen Tanzabend mit Livemusik miterleben, dass war ein super Highlight bei dem tollen Sänger 👍 Wir hatten nette Kontakte zu Briten .

Disliked Für Durchreisende gibt es Stellplätze hinter der Hecke an der Schnellstraße. Wer empfindlich ist sollte da vielleicht Stöpsel in die Ohren stecken 🤔
Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Liked Lovely site on the edge of the beach and a short walk into the Marina in Manilva.
Bar area and facilities were also good as we're the staff.

Disliked The only issue is the tight access to the 6mtr pitches in a 6mtr van, the roads are very narrow and makes access difficult, it obviously can be done it's just tight, they are more suites to a smaller VW Transporter or equivalent.

Liked Loved the site, clean modern and great access to sea and beach front. Good entertainment and lots vars and restaurants within easy walk.
Showers and facilities good too.

Disliked Our pitch 121 too close to busy road so sleeping challenging however had one night closer to beach front was great.
