On-site accommodation

Pitches

• A cable measuring at least 3 metres is needed for the electric hook-ups.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
• Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Safety

• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Pitches

• Minimum spacing of 2 metres between pitches.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.
• No gas barbecues allowed.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Arrivals and departures

• Please pick any available pitch on arrival.

General

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a EUR50.00 ($89.44) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Hired accommodation

• The damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit required on arrival can only be paid for in cash.

General

• The games room is open between 01/05 and 31/10.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

Taxes

• This area is not subject to city tax.

General

• This is a quiet campground/park: no music is allowed.

Vehicles

• Units longer than 7 metres are not allowed.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR25.00 ($44.72) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
