On-site accommodation

Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 04/07 and 28/08.

Extras

• Entertainment passes are included in the rate.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 4 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: EUR200.00 ($324.02) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Extras

• Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.

Safety

• No charcoal barbecues allowed.
• No electric barbecues allowed.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.

• Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

• Quiet hours must be respected between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. between 04/07 and 30/08.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 08/05 - 03/07 and 31/08 - 20/09.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 08/05 and 20/09.

Dogs

• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 10 day(s) before your arrival.

Pool

• The indoor swimming pool is open between 08/05 and 20/09.

General

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 08/05 and 20/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 08/05 and 20/09.
• The sauna (and/or hammam) is open between 08/05 and 20/09.
• The wellness centre is open between 08/05 and 20/09.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Pitches

• You must follow the management directives when pitching your tent/unit and related equipment.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR89.00 ($144.19) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
