On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 1 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs are prohibited from main facilities and amenities.
• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

General

• Entertainment and activities are available between 06/07 and 31/08.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a EUR440.00 ($795.93) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required within 1 days of arrival and will be refunded within 2 day(s) of departure after inspection of your unit, should no damage/losses be found.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Vehicles

• No vehicle movement between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Only one car is to be parked by the pitch. Extra vehicles must be parked in the designated area.

Pool

• Only park guests are authorised to use the pool.

Safety

• Open fires are prohibited.
• Please do not touch or feed the animals.

Pool

• Please note there is no lifeguard on duty.

General

• Quiet hours must be respected between 11:30 p.m. and 7 a.m..
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and boots must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is closed from noon to 3:30 p.m.. No arrivals are permitted between these times.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. between 04/05 - 05/07 and 01/09 - 29/09.
• Reception is open from 9 a.m. to noon and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. between 06/07 and 31/08.
• Reception is unmanned after 6 p.m.. Please inform the campground while on your way there should you expect to arrive after this time so that the team can provide information about your unit/site.

General

• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a EUR20.00 ($36.18) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

Pool

• Swimsuits are obligatory and swimming shorts or Bermuda shorts are not permitted.

General

• The bar is open between 29/06 and 31/08.

Dogs

• The campground only allows dogs up to 12kg.
• The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 7 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

General

• The games room is open between 04/05 and 29/09.
• The grocery shop is open between 29/06 and 31/08.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.

Pool

• The outdoor swimming pool is open between 01/06 and 15/09 (subject to weather conditions).

General

• The restaurant is open between 29/06 and 31/08.
• The wellness centre is open between 01/01 and 31/12.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors’ cars are not permitted on site.
• Visitors must leave the premises by 11:30 p.m..
• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Dogs

• Your dog must be tattooed or microchipped.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of EUR120.00 ($217.07) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
