Admission

• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.

Safety

• Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.

General

• Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 3 day(s) of arrival.

Vehicles

• Continental touring caravans (caravans built with the passenger door on the right-hand side) are not permitted.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including Canopy, Columpio doble giratorio, tiro al blanco, deslizador de montaña, cabalgatas are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Safety

• Firearms are not permitted.
• Firepits are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times.
• Guests are advised to bring a good quality torch with them as parts of the campground/park are unlit.

Hired accommodation

• Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.

Dogs

• Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

Hired accommodation

• Hired accommodation: a USD49.00 ($75.62) damage/cleanliness deposit hold is required prior to arrival and will be released within 24 hours of your departure date after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found. The site will contact you for your card details so that the deposit is pre-authorised on the card used to make your booking.
• Hired accommodation: USD50.00 ($77.17) damage/cleanliness/bracelet deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure after inspection of your unit should no damage/losses be found.

Safety

• If making a fire, the fuel, logs and coal have to be purchased on site.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Taxes

• Local city/eco tax is included in the rate.

Vehicles

• No cars/motorbikes by the pitch/unit. All cars must be parked in the designated area.

Occupancy

• No hen/stag parties permitted via Pitchup.com.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• Please note that the toilet facilities are unisex.

• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Refunds within the indicated cancellation period are only possible if the campground/park is able to relet your unit/site.

Pitches

• Sites: a USD20.00 ($30.87) deposit is required on arrival and will be refunded on departure when returning the gate badge/barrier pass/toilet keys.

General

• The campground/park is not liable for any refund in the event of force majeure.

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 2 day(s) before your arrival.

Vehicles

• The charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on site.

• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• There are no bins onsite: all rubbish will need to be taken home with you.

Reception

• There is no reception building on-site: on arrival please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• This campground/park has no on-site shower facilities.

Vehicles

• Touring caravans, motorhomes and campervans with the passenger door built on the left-hand side are not permitted.
• Twin axle vehicles are not permitted on site.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

Pitches

• Units should not be left unoccupied unless previously agreed with the management. Please speak to reception when the need arises, a fee may be charged for unsupervised units.

• Units will be allocated on arrival.

Visitors

• Visitors must register at reception and pay their fee.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of USD30.00 ($46.30) will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
