Camping and touring

On-site accommodation

Admission

• Admission is only permitted after registering at reception.
• All guests spending the night at the park must present their ID at the reception desk and sign registration forms.
• At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.

Dogs

• A valid vaccination certificate must accompany your dog.

Changes to your holiday

• Bookings cannot be amended within 7 day(s) of arrival.

General

• Bookings must not be for more than 14 consecutive nights.

Occupancy

• Bookings must not consist of more than 1 different households.

General

• Discount cards and gift vouchers cannot be applied to bookings made via Pitchup.com.

Dogs

• Dogs are not allowed if you are staying in the accommodation units.
• Dogs must be kept on leashes and supervised at all times.

Extras

• Facilities/activities including Guided Tours / Damper Making & Facility Hire are subject to extra charges payable on arrival.

Occupancy

• Group bookings of 2 or more units (e.g. tent, caravan, motorhome or accommodation hire) travelling together are not permitted via Pitchup.com.
• Group bookings of 4 or more adults are not permitted (couples and immediate family members excepted).

Reception

• If reception is closed on arrival: please contact the number provided on your booking confirmation.

General

• In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the management's attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Arrivals and departures

• Late arrivals must notify the park as soon as possible. Your booking will be held for 24 hours. After this period the management reserves the right to relet your unit.

Changes to your holiday

• Modifications are subject to a $20.00 fee.

Hired accommodation

• No naked flames are allowed inside the hired accommodation units.

Arrivals and departures

• No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

General

• power boats are not permitted.
• Public areas are non-smoking.
• Quiet hours must be respected between 9 p.m. and midnight.
• Radio, music and TV players must be kept at a low volume. Car doors and trunks must be closed quietly.

Reception

• Reception is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. between 01/01 and 31/12.

Arrivals and departures

• The campground/park will send you further check-in information 1 day(s) before your arrival.

General

• The fishing lakes are stocked with Barramundi & Silver Perch.
• The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
• This campground/park does have a catch-and-return fishing policy in place.

Admission

• Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
• Unsupervised minors must have a letter of authorization from their parents or legal guardian.

Hired accommodation

• Your unit must be left clean and tidy; a fine of $80.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.
