Liked: Bar and park are together, friendly staff, very clean, field to walk dog just off camp grounds, dog friendly and emailing to remind you of your stay was great, included all info needed in one email.
Disliked: Pitches were quite close as my neighbour was on her phone and could hear her all night, only thing that ruined it but I was unlucky, wouldn't stop me coming back

Liked: Fantastic customer service! We had an issue with some noisy neighbours on our first night. When we discussed with reception in the morning, they committed to speak with them, but also gave us the option of moving pitch. We chose to move to ensure the issue was resolved. Having spent the time moving, we felt we'd lost out on some of our holiday time and decided to inquire about extending an extra night. Not only did they confirm that it was an option, but they also gave us the extra night for FREE in light of the hassle we'd had. Obviously we were fortunate to have the leave off work that allowed us to extend, and the ideal scenario is to never have problem neighbours in the first place but, from the perspective of the site and its staff, we could not have asked for more given the situation.
Beyond this, the facilities all seem good and well-maintained. Toilets and showers all fine. Swimming pool is kept at a nice temperature with good changing room and shower facilities. The restaurant/bar has a nice family-friendly atmosphere with good food and drink on offer.
Location is really nice for visiting Cheddar, Wookey Hole and Wells. Weston-super-Mare is just a 35 minute drive to the west as well.
Will definitely be heading here again when we're next visiting the area!
Disliked: As some other reviews have mentioned, there appear to be some dog kennels close to the site, so you do get barking early in the morning. None of us had any problems with it, but if you're not the deepest of sleepers and you're in a tent towards the South end of the site, I can see how it might become an issue.
Obviously in an ideal world, it'd be great if the bar/restaurant was open throughout the week, and if the pool stayed open a little later into the day (it closes at 5pm). For the cost of the site though, we felt the current offering was decent. Just make sure you're clued up on what will be open and when ahead of booking to avoid disappointment.

Liked: Lots of facilities on site and those facilities are well kept and maintained.
Pitches are a good size and the EHU was easily accessed.
