What customers say
Top spot campsite with ripper sea views & coastal path access – a walker's dream! Folks rave about the friendly owners, ample space, and spotless loos. Peaceful vibes abound. Just be aware showers can be a trek from some spots & it gets blowy in exposed areas.

Liked A wonderful escape to nature
Stoke Barton Farm is an amazing place for anyone looking to escape the busyness of everyday life. Surrounded by beautiful open fields and only a 10-minute walk to the seaside, it offers the perfect balance of tranquillity and access to nature. There’s also a lovely town nearby, making it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploring.
This is a family-run site, and Sarah and Brandon are incredibly welcoming and helpful. They’ve even set up a small shop on-site where you can pick up essentials like wood logs, milk, eggs, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, and a few quick grocery items. The facilities are great, with clean toilets and a well-kept dishwashing block (we were lucky to be pitched close to it). I personally have no complaints about the showers, although I’m sure Brandon, being such a passionate DIY person, may have ideas to make them even better in the future.
We visited as a group of three families (8 adults and 6 kids), with three tents and a gazebo. The pitches are a fantastic size, with plenty of space for the kids to play and run around. We tried to be mindful not to disrupt other guests, though with a group our size, there might have been some difference in experience for our neighbours (any such difference would be because of us, not the campsite, we apologise if so!).
We truly love this place and would happily visit again. Considering its location and the care that Sarah and Brandon have put into the facilities, Stoke Barton Farm is an absolute gem.

From the manager: Thank you so much Naresh, what a really lovely review and very much appreciated. Having just moved in and taken over from my parents we do hope to make some improvements along the way. We are delighted that you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you all again one day. Many thanks.
Amazing coastal location, big spacious pitches, clean facilities
Unpowered grass site
Liked Very friendly lady on arrival and in the shop.
In the non- electric field there are no set pitches, you have a choice within specific areas. The top of the field has great views but it is more windy.
The view is outstanding from the non electric field, with the best access to the coastal path we’ve ever had before. Great for walkers.
Hot showers and nice toilet block.
Fires permitted, so long as off the floor and wood £6.50 for a large bag - great value.
Disliked Men’s showers were very small, my 6ft+ partner really struggled to move in them. There were very few showers and washing up facilities for the amount of people on the campsite.
Shop didn’t really have much in it.
Not really a dislike, but a warning… the non electric field is very exposed and windy. Much better in the electric hook ups fields.

From the manager: Thank you so much for your review, and glad you enjoyed the site and the area...but just to let everyone know, its not always windy here !
The shop has only just opened and is a work in progress, so will expand as we go along and find out what people want. Its mostly for coastal path walkers who cant carry much with them. We do have 2 shops in the village which is just under 2 miles away.
Excellent campsite, very clean and friendly staff.
Unpowered grass site
Liked Brilliant campsite and lovely owners who are always around and super helpful if needed.

An excellent site with amazing hosts!
Power optional grass caravan site
Liked The hosts went over and above to help us! We arrived late on the first night due to breaking down on the motorway and on the same journey damaging our electric cable. They gave us the reassurance we needed and sorted out our electric cable whilst we were out the next day. Thank you so so much! The facilities were really clean, well managed & organised. There was also a great little break-out room with lots of local information in & a fab little onsite shop!
Disliked Absolutely nothing!

Liked Very peaceful, lovely view, spotless toilets and showers, friendly owners. Will definitely be returning. No WiFi available to my knowledge hence the 5 star, but good network coverage.
Disliked The drive to with the 7 metre caravan was slightly challenging, but absolutely worthwhile once we reached the site.

Liked Open, large spaces and incredible view.
Friendly and helpful and accommodating
Arrival with options of where to pitch.
Lovely clean facilities, always soap for handwashing, and the fresh flowers are a lovely touch.
We’d like to come back.
Friendly family run was very inviting. Great space where freezers are.
Disliked The shower angle was difficult sometimes having to clean into the wall to get the water (mens)
the end shower run the ladies only lasted 5 seconds which was a little annoying.
Having said that the clean space and lockers were wonderful.
