Right, so the owners are super friendly and helpful, the place is clean, comfy, and has everything you need, great bang for your buck. Liked It was cute and cozy - everything we could have asked for. Instructions were helpful and rules were clear. We were left to ourselves which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again
Disliked Could be advertised as a 2 person place if they removed the bunk beds. Could also add an oven but not necessary

Liked The lodge was clean and tidy, everything you need was there, easily sleep 4 [2 adults & 2 kids], the staff were very friendly and willing to help with any questions
Everything could need, on the site, great to use as base camp if planning wild camps further a field.
Shop just 100 yards down the road, as well small burger van, selling excellent food
Disliked Site could with small play area if children were visting

Liked Warm host, pod is well built, had most amenities, had a great time there. Wifi worked fine early in the morning but was fiddly during the day.

Liked The lodge is very homely and warm, and the owners are lovely - very helpful - really loved the lodge.

Disliked no local dog walks, local pub is shut down - not Venn Lakes fault - but shows on the website as pub being a 10minute walk. Shame the locals go so fast down the road.
