Peaceful quarry escape, lovely views & quiet. Ben's a legend – friendly, helpful. Facilities are spotless, hot showers a bonus. Basic, but simple & pleasant pitches. Great for coastal walks & pubs. No Wi-Fi = digital detox heaven! Just note: no dedicated drinking tap & signage can be tricky initially.

Liked Had a lovely stay friendly host clean facilities and plenty of space for everyone. Would recommend as close to alot of places and attractions at a very good price. Also went walking with the dog around the area. Being a very dog friendly sight will definitely return again

Liked Everything, great location with good views. Animals all around too added to the farm experience.
Owner is friendly and went out of his way to chat with everyone and even let us go meet the calves whilst he fed them. Really great stay

Liked Simplicity, ease of booking, no discrimination against a married couple who decided to empty his work van of tools and throw in an airbed and get away for a weekend (however, I do understand why other places do this)
Disliked The portaloos aren’t ideal but probably the only practical solution, thankfully used to them being a carpenter/builder

Liked We had a very pleasant one night stay. Straightforward and relaxed surroundings. Simple facilities - so more of a cheap stay when you want to explore the local area, but fine for us!

Liked Excellant little campsite with good showers ,Ben and family very helpful and friendly, would stay here again. Also this campsite is close to Dartmouth in fact one of the closest. Very quiet and back to basic campsite.
