What customers say
Great value! Clean, spacious site with friendly hosts and lovely views. Close to Porthleven. Some found showers a bit cool and the sloping site windy, but fire pits & dogs welcome make it a top spot.

Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Everything you need , showers , toilets ,washing up area ...... I would say a food grade pipe on the drinking water tap would help to high up to fill decent sized water carriers
Disliked An accident waiting to happen excited children and free dogs only site we stayed at in last 2 weeks where there was no dogs on lead policy , my dogs did and there's a field on the side you can let them off

Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked Beautiful location, very clean, great onsite facilities and friendly hosts.
Perfect location for a walk into the village where we enjoyed a beach walk, explored the shops, fish and chips on the beach and a sunset. Dog friendly too. Would definitely stay again. It’s so relaxed and peaceful. Find a spot and make it yours. We enjoyed our own area. We had a fire while listening to music and catching up with family.

Liked Great view, really easy and quick to walk into town. Great coffee shop 5 min walk away. Toilets and showers were really good and clean, free hot water for showers and washing up sinks is a real luxury for a campsite! Lovely owner. Such good value for money, couldn’t recommend more! Felt completely safe as a female travelling alone. Seemed great for families.

A basic campsite which is reasonably priced.
Unpowered grass tent or motorhome site
Liked The view, the position of the site. Choosing your own pitch. Clean toilets. 5 minutes from Porthleven.
Disliked The showers, very hit and miss with the temperature. You need to test them first to see if they have any hot water. There is a notice that warns you the wind might blow the pilot light out. Some shelves in the showers would be good.
The first night we stayed there was a noisy family who were told to shut up by another camper late at night. I choose the campsite because it said it was a quiet one. It wasn't particularly quiet.
The campsite is on a hill and it is sloped and exposed so you are going to be subject to the weather particularly when it's windy.
