What customers say
This little farm stay's a ripper for peace and views, with a legend of an owner and farm critters. Spacious sites, basic but tidy facilities (could use a spruce-up). Great spot for walks, though an electricity pylon and no dishwashing station were noted.

Small basic site but clean & tidy as was the toilet & shower
Powered grass caravan site
Liked Beautiful scenery , location was brilliant for a short walk into Ravenglass.
Farmer was very friendly & informative.
Will definitely return.
Disliked There is a pylon near where we pitched but obviously we knew about it before we booked , it didn't spoil it for us because the scenery is so nice we ignored it tbh.

Back to basics campers, no mod cons, perfect for remote getaway
Powered grass caravan site
Liked Vicinity to Ravenglass is great, it is only a short walk to the quaint little village with pubs. Camping is in a field amongst the animals and the cows are rather friendly, very calm and quiet. 2 toilets and showers.
Totally amazing views.
Only small with 5 pitches. Left to own devices. I would recommend as I like the remote aspect and simplicity, but it wouldn't be for everyone. It is back to basics camping
Disliked Very close to electricity cables and pylon overhead.
Toilets and showers are in a small shed, and are very basic. They were very messy with water everywhere when we used them, but this is not the fault of the owner but other campers which is a shame they cannot respect the facilities.

A brilliant, quiet camping spot near the mountains and the coast
Orchard unpowered grass tent site (no pets)
Liked We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful nature of the site, which not only has views of the mountains and but is also just a short walk away from the coast. The owners were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and drinking water was available on-site.
