Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.- The campground/park does not accept breeds/crossbreeds listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act (i.e. Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, and Fila Brasileiro) and/or any of the following: Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, Rottweiler, any Mastiff or Tosa.
- Guests must bring their own duvets, pillows, sheets and towels when staying in rental accommodation. You will not be allowed to stay if you do not bring these items.
- Please note that the toilet/shower facilities are unisex.

Liked: Absolutely brilliant value for money. The perfect night away with the family. Very clean, especially the toilet, and great location being only 10mins from Southwold.
Disliked: Honestly, nothing.

Liked: Easy base for all attractions it's very quiet on site .fence witch is good for dogs .shower and toilet very clean and ample for two pods. washing area is enough with hot water bbq n fire pit out side table .there is a dog field you can hire on site dawn chores is amazing

Liked: A cosy set up of two pods at the bottom of a gorgeous horse field.. with its fairly remote location and inconsistent phone signal this was perfect for what myself and two teenage girls wanted for a couple of nights. Playing uno around the fire pit, laughing, and enjoying each other’s company! There’s a little kitchen sink area, very clean shared shower & toilet, and some ball games and a bbq.. the perfect little escape. Only a 15 min- ish drive to Southwold or Beccles for the beach, or town for shops/foodie places.

Liked: We loved the pod, very clean and tidy with good facilities. The site is closed to some great local attractions and lovely coastal towns with Southwold just down the road. Equally it was nice to be in a quite and relaxing part of the farm.Helen was a great host also.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: The location was fantastic, and so easy to get to. Not to far from the coast. Really dog friendly. Endless supply of fire wood. Helen really helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. Lovely dog walks.
Disliked: The only reason I didn't give a 5* rating is because there is only 1 toilet and shower, and I imagine that if both pods were occupied this may be an issue
