What customers say
A chill, low-key spot in the sticks, perfect for riverside wanders. Good, roomy sites with decent facilities. A local pub and cafe are a stone's throw away. Campfires are a go. Farmy smells and sounds can be a bit much for some, but most reckon it's dead peaceful and plan to come back. Ideal for a cruisy country escape.

Power optional gravel caravan site
Liked Lovely campsite, great location, quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet close to a great pub. The farm now has a coffee shop which is open Fri, Sat and Sun 8:30-4pm - an extra bonus! We have returned for another visit, this time to celebrate a friend's 60th. She was delighted.

Disliked Lack of communication,Grass is abit long so if weather wet and you walk to the bin area or fresh/ waste water area you get wet feet as there are no paths and you have to walk through the grass.Nothing to dry your hands on if you use the toilet

From the manager: We’re sorry you were unhappy with your stay. You booked a grass pitch during autumn after several weeks of rain, so the ground was naturally wet and soft. All hard-standing pitches were already booked, so unfortunately a move wasn’t possible. Other campers who were prepared for wet weather were still able to use the grass pitches without issue.
As a goodwill gesture, we offered a refund even though the conditions were due to the weather and outside our control. We did not need to issue one under our booking terms, but we always try to be fair where we can.
