We actually arrived early and the staff were so kind and polite with us. We loved the fact there was a shop and takeaway on site.

Pitches are allocated according to the size of the motorhome, you told us you had a 5 metre motorhome. If you were unhappy with the allocation you could have spoken to the reception team who are available from 0830-1800 daily and after hours we put a duty warden number on the reception door. We would have been more than happy to relocate you but if we don't know that a guest is unhappy we are unable to help.
In your overall rating you have given us 2 for accommodation but you didn't stay in our holiday vans, surely this should be no rating as you stayed in your own motorhome. We have checked our listing which clearly shows our location and under the features section facilities and activities are shown so you can decide before you book whether or not we are suitable to your needs.
We're really at a loss about your comment regarding the staff, we have a year round team as well as the seasonal team many of whom return year on year. We're sorry that your experience wasn't positive when so many other guests are more than happy which is reflected in our many great reviews.
Good clean facilities, good sized showers with plenty of hot water.

Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your recent stay.
I would like to make my own comments for public knowledge.
We don't have many guests in at the moment so we decided to close most of the toilet block down leaving the front end open, this is to keep costs down and save us from closing the touring completely. There's a bathroom with toilet and basin, 2 x assisted showers with toilet and basin, 1 x accessible shower with toilet and basin, 1 x accessible toilet with basin and a baby changing room with toilet and basin. All cubicles are completely private so although they are unisex there is no chance that anyone would walk in on another guest.
If the allocated pitch was at the bottom and it wasn't suitable you could have simply asked the reception to move you, reception is open 0830-1700 daily except Sunday.
The outdoor pool closed after the school holidays, it's very expensive to heat and with the very unpredictable weather and staff returning to college we couldn't keep it open. I apologise if this information is not shown on Pitchup, I will ensure the details are updated. We have a fantastic indoor pool which is open from 0800-1300 & 1400-1800. Both pools are free of charge. If you enjoy outdoor swimming the beach is only 10 minutes drive from the park.
Once again I apologise that we didn't meet your requirements, it's never our intention to upset our guest.
