Loved the upgrades to the toilet and shower blocks since we last visited but a bit sad that this meant more people onsite using them. Bit too busy and noisier than it used to be. Lake access and banks also much improved but again a lot more people meant the banks were quite crowded and quite long waits at the cafe.

I LOVE coming to stay at Litton Lakes. My son loves being in the lake. It’s the perfect place to go for the weekend

Lovely little campsite,clean,very well looked after,new showers/toilet block. Beautiful lake ,where you can swim , paddleboard or just enjoy the views . You can set up BBQ or campfire. If don't have your own ,you can hire on the site .

Nothing that dislike

Excellent site, roomy pitches, very welcoming and helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. Showers were warm and powerful for the vast majority of time.

Paddleboards seemed to be mandatory (I'm a sea kayaker) 🤣🤣🤣

The lake was a big hit with the children, and grown ups! Most of the days were spent on the water, swimming and paddle boarding. Facilities were accessible and well maintained. Our pre pitched tent was spacious and a great size for a family of four. A nice size camp site for children to have freedom to play independently. Staff welcoming and friendly. Handy to have a cafe for some milkshakes and coffee, to keep the energy levels up for all the fun.

Lake is just amazing - beautiful and fun for all. The warden is super friendly and campsite quiet and spacious.

Bit hectic with lots of young families lake was crowded with inflatables and boards

Cleanliness, hospitality and the lake is just incredible, warden very helpful and lovely. I have based the ratings on the site rather than the cafe.

The site is perfect and safe for young kids to have a bit of freedom to explore which they love so much.

I did find the staff in the cafe were a bit under pressure and this did unfortunately reflect in their attitude/mannerisms. I have to say the food was overpriced and we didn’t enjoy it but that might have been because of the busy morning.

The site was full and although people were respectful there was music playing until 23.30 which I do feel is too late, getting small kids to bed and hearing the thud of bass was a bit annoying. We were only staying a night though so prepared for minimal sleep!

The space of the campsite was perfect, not too big and not too small.

The facilities were excellent, plenty of toilet & showers which were well maintained.

The surroundings were stunning and the lake was idyllic.
