Electric chargers should be in a separate area that evs can only use , ie barries at sight have reg scanners , so could set them to only evs reg. As could never charge my car because of other site users with ice cars .and when asked to move politly replyed with anger and ocation got abusive,hostile language and even threatened to attack me, so reported . But didn't do anything as happend on daily bases so charged of site .
Tried to go fishing one day,payed my ticket. When I went to my afternoon slot . Others who did not need disabled parking blocked all blue badge parking spaces . So had to go back to tent,partner carried all my stuff , and I slowly struggled to go back ,but others went early before afternoon slot started so no space available. Told people in charge of fishing only to be told its first come first served and wouldn't give refund ,or change slot to another day.
Place would be nice , if areas were actively managed ie , tickets checks to see if they should be there at that time,or if they in disabled parking without blue badge in parking area.
Or people blocking evs from charging in the 6 charging parking spaces when there are countless other spaces for them to park.
Plus so many rude people ,and no one seems to resolve it.
So I can't recommend place ,if your disabled like me and have ev. Kids liked it but not arcades as .always breaking down,and never got refund,just put a refund on card as a bonus and could only use bonus points on card in either bowling or pool. So kept loosing money so stopped going and went to dawlish Warren with family I stead.

I remember speaking to you on your day of departure, which is the first time these issues were brought to my attention and we did everything we could to try and resolve the situation. I am sorry that this solution did not meet your expectations. As a gesture of goodwill, I offered to refund your fishing ticket and provided your children with Digby toys, which was hugely appreciated at the time. If there are ever any issues with parking or finding a suitable location on the lake to fish, please let us know and we will do everything we can to help you, because we are fully committed to providing guests with the best possible experience. I do hope that you will consider returning to Cofton in the future as we would love to be able to welcome you back.

The cleanliness and upkeep was faultless and the staff were great. Lots of variety for food and drinks and lovely seating areas. The outdoor pool and splash park was a hit 🤩the little soft play area kept our little one entertained along with the arcade. Honestly the best first experience for us and our little one and can’t wait to return! Thank you Cofton 😍
