Lovely camp site, very clean, lovely facilities and great first impression because of a lovely warden named Alex who showed us to our pitch.

Set in lovely grounds, although we weren’t there long enough to see it all.

Plenty of options for food and drink and very dog friendly (although we hadn’t taken ours, perhaps we will next time)

Great for kids of all ages and adults.

Minor suggestions - showers run auto for longer (had to hold button to keep on)

Freezer area for freezer packs at each field (scheme in the shop felt more hassle than worth)

Email confirmation from PitchUp had wrong swimming prices, it was much more expensive - another suggestion indoor pool included in price.

Difficult to get signal in complex and Wi-Fi was was extra (free in complex but not very good) was good for a digital detox (if you want one)

Facilities were good, ideal location for walking into Starcross
Good amount of toilet/shower blocks

The entertainment complex was too small given the amount of caravans/pitches available

The amazing Facilities, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. We loved the whole long weekend we stayed!

Will be coming back again soon.

The lack of parking.

Everyone is so friendly and the facilities are amazing 🤩, the food is great on site and locally ,there is a large Sainsbury's less than a 5 mins drive away from the site and lots of activities close by. We are going to book again for next year.

The wi-fi wasn't great but you don't go camping to scroll on tic tok all day 😂.

Absolutely stunning, staff were so friendly and helpful, only came across this place by accident and so glad we did. A true gem of a holiday sight. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be going back.

The reception welcome was great and we were driven around and able to choose a pitch.
Good shower facilities which were cleaned regularly and ample washing up stations.
Outdoor pool was brilliant and my son spent most of his time in it and the parks were good. The shop had all the essentials.
Plenty of options for eating if you don't want to cook.
Overall, a great couple of days

Ground was quite hard, which meant keeping a windbreaker up was impossible.
No hand soap in the toilet block at 10 Acres.

I camped alone with my 5 year old for 3 nights. We had a wonderful time. The site is spotless, staff are really friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. We booked the indoor pool for a swim each morning and had a great time in the splash park. The outdoor pool is lovely too. There are parks, entertainment, a great choice of food and drinks. My 5 year old loved saying hello to the animals every morning. There seemed to be a lot for older children too, including tree top climbing. We didn't leave the site for the duration of our camp and will definitely be going back.

Facilities - toilet block we were closest to was new and clean, very impressed.

Chose to swim everyday in the indoor pool in the mornings and outdoor in the afternoons - both nice.

Takeaway pizza from the swan was very tasty!

Waiting times in the cafe was lengthy when it was busy.

Some of the clientele who choose not to parent their children, but that’s society as a whole and not reflective of the site.

Great location, has nice and friendly staff, clean showers, toilets and camping areas. It's dog-friendly, I could even take a dog to the pub or restaurant. The place attracts lots of families with kids, had a splash area, a small outside pool and an indoor pool, so you can watch kids playing in the splash area or swimming, while you are enjoying your meal or pint.

The indoor pool is not the cleanest, and you have to pay extra to use it. You have to book in advance high-ropes and pay extra, so it's quite difficult to arrange it if you are for a short time. Very poor internet, but I'm not entirely sure if that should be classed as dislike, as I actually enjoy the break from the screen.
