In a good position
Nice cafe/barΔεν μου άρεσε: Half of the facilities blocks were locked and of the ones that were open, half were out of toilet paper.
We were on pitch 12 next to the pedestrian gate which when people went through it slammed really loudly.
There was a lot of traffic noise from vehicles going to the marina
hank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by some of the facilities blocks being locked and the lack of toilet paper in those that were open – this has been addressed with our housekeeping team to prevent a recurrence.
Regarding the pedestrian gate, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have since added silencing foam to the gate to prevent it from slamming and to reduce noise for guests staying nearby.
We understand that traffic noise from vehicles accessing the marina can be noticeable at times, and we appreciate your comments as they help us identify where improvements can be made. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

We’re very sorry about the issue with the heating in the toilets during your stay. Unfortunately, due to the freezing temperatures, a pipe burst unexpectedly, which caused the heating to stop working. This was repaired as quickly as possible, and the heating is now fully operational again.
