We had a lovely 2-night stay at Abbey Green Farm campsite. We booked last minute and Rose and Philip were very accommodating and welcoming.
The site is beautiful, quiet and well maintained, with some of the best facilities we’ve experienced – clean, modern and really well looked after.
There was plenty of green space for our young daughter to play, which made it ideal for a family stay. It’s also a great base for exploring Northern Shropshire.
We’d definitely return and highly recommend.

Booked last minute on the Friday and arrived quite late. Owners accommodated us well. Incredibly friendly, great pitch and service. Very clean facilities. The breakfast sandwich delivered to our camper at a time we requested was also a highlight. Will be back when in the area.

We only stayed for one night and arrived expecting to be able to order food(pizza) but found out on arrival we needed to order 12hr’s in advance. Don’t know if we missed this when booked, or something people need to be made aware of when booking.

not like road to drive there so narrow with such a large mobile as ours was uncomfortable
Also had to walk over wet grass to shower so shoes full of grass near to make a pathway

I’d like to start of with a massive thankyou to the hosts (Philip and Rose), for being so welcoming and helping us with the tent we had brought 2 days prior and had never used before.😂 they offered us helpful tools and couldn’t have been more helpful if they had tried. They even gave us options on which pitch would work better for us as first time campers alone. They offered us advice on the are and where they’d recommend. The ice cream was absolutely amazing and would definitely order again!

This site was wonderfully quiet and extremely well maintained. Rose and Philip were the perfect hosts and very welcoming. We chose to order in advance for breakfast sandwiches, cream tea and pizzas and spread these over the weekend which made for a relaxing break with little cooking required. The bathrooms are the best I’ve seen - quite the home from home.

2nd visit to Abbey Green Farm. Nice smaller campsite with very good facilities that are kept very clean. We also used the Pizza service on the evening we arrived. Others were having afternoon tea and using the breakfast bap option.

Really enjoyed our stay very clean and tidy site toilets and showers spotless Rose was very welcoming and helpful recommending some great days out and having the option for food brought to your pitch is a nice touch
