Noise Complaint: We want to clarify that the noise complaint you mentioned was promptly addressed at 11:30 PM. Our security team remains on-site until midnight, and no calls were made to myself past that time. While there might be some noise on the campsite until midnight, especially during The special needs event hosted that evening, we do state this clearly in our terms and conditions.

Unsupervised Kids: Being the first weekend of the summer holidays, it's understandable that the kids needed to let off steam, we would have appreciated that you had reached out to the parents or us directly immediately so we could have addressed the issue

Shower/Toilet Block: The facilities you mentioned were indeed available during that evening's event for obvious reasons and were not exclusively for campers. As part of our commitment to inclusivity and accommodation for all guests, we appreciate your understanding. We have not received any complaints regarding their maintenance or cleanliness

Food Services: We take pride in offering freshly cooked meals, we believe the quality and taste of our meals make it worth the wait. To date, we have had no complaints about uncooked food, and we encourage guests with concerns to report them immediately.

Drugs on Site: We strictly prohibit drugs on our premises, and anyone found using drugs will be asked to leave.

You also quoted that we are expensive @ £12.50 per night, we want to remind you that this information was made available before your booking. While we might not fully understand your decision to proceed with the reservation despite finding it expensive, we respect the budget considerations of our guests.

We acknowledge the challenge of ensuring every guest follows the rules at all times, including yourself with your dog. To maintain compliance with all rules, we maintain an active security presence and employ friendly staff who regularly patrol the campsite.
