Arrived on the Sunday afternoon to a quiet site. With the office closed I booked in inside the pub.
The site is well kept, with nice facilities and obviously right next to a lovely cider house. I didn't see any messages in the toilet shower block all week. The cafe building outside looked really nice , but is only open on the weekend; not surprising really as it was quiet on site all week long during my visit.

Some of the pitches are sloping, but there was plenty of space in my visit to avoid the worst of the slope.
Main road nearby wasn't an issue for me, but may be for some.

Just spent the weekend at Tuckers Grave campsite Somerset. Fantastic weekend. The campsite is accommodating-wanted to stay an extra night- not a problem. The site was full and v busy. I need to compliment the ground maintenance- the cleanliness of the shower facilities. The staff are polite and genuinely helpful. Because everything is so clean and well maintained you, as a guest, keep it that way (find yourself picking up bits of stray papers) Tuckers Grave has an automatic serene and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend to all.

Tucker's Grave Inn is a *brilliant* boozer! If you like real cider in traditional surroundings with friendly staff, then this is the real deal. We were able to pick our own stop - nicely tucked away when we wanted a little piece and quiet after Saturday night live music fun in the barn, but still close to amenities. The toilet and shower block is a really nicely designed affair, with veranda overlooking the site and fields beyond (cracking sunset views!). If you don't want to do your own cooking in the morning, take advantage of their huge breakfast baps... will keep you going all day.
PS Try the in-house Mother Tuckers, and I guarantee you'll be going back for more. :)
PPS Recommended local sites for visiting are Stoney Littleton Long Barrow (astonishing chambered tomb), and Farleigh Hungerford Castle (14th century, with sinister past... *and* it houses Britain's best collection of human-shaped lead coffins in the crypt).

It got very busy in the toilets/showers and washing-up area in the mornings, but it was a weekend in July, so a little queueing is to be expected. Not a problem at all as we certainly weren't in a rush.

It is a friendly, well-organized site with excellent facilities. Good Showers, a good restaurant/bar, and a level pitch for the caravan. a Hidden gem.

Would be better with more electrical hookups and water points.
