We’re sorry to hear your stay wasn’t what you hoped for. It looks like the photo shown on Pitchup for your pitch type at the time was one uploaded by a guest and not of the woodland non-electric area you were allocated. That has now been corrected so future guests see an accurate picture.
Most campers enjoy the woodland pitches for their space, privacy and shelter, but we appreciate it’s not everyone’s preference. If you had mentioned it during your stay, we would have done our best to move you to another area that you preferred. We wish you all the best with your future camping adventures.
