Site was very clean, never realised that there was a train track near by but it was no bother we still was able to sleep very well , would definitely stay again.

This was probably our 6th or 7th stay so I think that speaks volumes. Nice site, lovely pub, exceptional food.

Good layout, ehu and hard standing at all pitches. Great pub food and friendly welcome.

Only one loo/basin/shower so when all 10pitches full it would be busy!

Great to have a lovely pub on site! Nice big pitches. Warm welcome. Does have both chemical and grey waste disposal and a tap for filling up. EHU nice and close to pitch. Picnic area with benches in grassy middle. Easy to get to railway station although roads are without pavements

We love it hear, the pub provided such amazing food at reasonable prices. There is plenty of walks nearby which we highly recommend such beautiful scenery. The site has one toilet with shower, we didn’t use it as we used the one in our van but always seemed clean and tidy.
The site is small with all hard standing which was nice and peaceful.
We do love it here for weekend it’s perfect.
Thank you for having us with such warm welcome.

The only thing I would say is that there is no nights at night towards the toilets, we didn’t mind as we had a torch and used our own van.

We love it here, there is a pub on site which serves amazing food at reasonable prices too. The site is clean and well maintained, with only a few pitches which were hard standing, perfect for us. There is a lovely walk to the head of the Thames, which is a must just to say you have seen it. There is some amazing walks nearby which we loved. We will definitely be returning we loved our stay here. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, nothing seemed too much trouble, it’s the personal touch. Thank you for having us and see you again soon.

The only thing I would say was the toilets are little away from the campsite and at night it is a little dark so don’t forget your torch, really could do with some lighting.

Tidy & clean small site. Friendly efficient staff.
Pitches quiet and separate from pub car park.
Popular good pub and food. Bitter was well above average, I can only speculate they have the secret of keeping pumps & pipes clean, where so many others appear ignorant these days.
Close to spring source of the Thames.
No WiFi at pitches, but we had good 4G signal and satellite dish aligned easily.

We felt it a little pricey for a limited simple site, but it does include unmetered electric.
Only 1 combined toilet/shower a little distant from the pitches. Bathroom is somewhat outdated, but it was clean & heated.
