Our family was unanimous in declaring this the best campsite out of five we visited.
So much room to play, plenty of freedom, wildlife, domestic animals.
This is my second time here and this time we managed to bag the best spot by the river. The river has been partially fenced since the last time I was here which seems a pity but I’d imagine it’s for safety, but falling asleep with the sound of water is peaceful heaven.

Just across the road is the start of a cycle route to Caernarfon, completely separate and safe from the traffic, 25miles there and back to pick up some food for the fire was a day well spent for me!

Open space and stream flowing next to camp, remote but also not too far from shops, pub etc, lots of places to explore in the surrounding areas, clean facilities, friendly staff, overall loved my stay!

Toilet and shower facilities are not enough for the number of campers on site, would be especially poor on busier days. The bins are also tiny and fill up immediately

Lovely little campsite, nice facilities and wonderfully dog and family friendly.

Good location, plenty of room, nice farm animals and Pippin was lovely. The stream is nice and drowns out the busy road quite well. Clean facilities, free shower.

The proximity to the main road is useful for reaching the site but the noise is quite loud during the day, though there are trees blocking the road somewhat. The facilities are clean and modern but very limited for a busy site. One male and one female toilet was not sufficient and queues were regular. The male toilet got blocked, which was an issue, but was unblocked quickly.

Loved this campsite for myself and my partner, we already can’t wait to come back!

Good space to camp. Toilets and showers well maintained throughout stay. Stream running next to campsite and animals on site give it a nice feel. Fires allowed.

A couple of the nights our neighbours had music playing until 11pm (as per rules) - would be nice if rules encouraged it to end earlier.

Very easy location to find and great base with large stores available a short drive away . Made to feel very welcome by the girls whom also helped me pitch up and later popped over to say hi along with their chickens and dog . Thankyou for a nice welcome and I will be back

4g dips a lot but that has no reflection to my stay

Peaceful farm in a lovely location. Loved our visit from the cockerel when we arrived, even if it was only to try and steal our cake, and he was very polite not to wake us too early! 15 minute walk to a lovely restaurant down the road, although I’d suggest drive, especially if you have children as there are not pavements all the way and it’s a very busy road!
