Toilet/shower facilities were clean. TV was an added bonus as it poured with rain throughout our stay all day/night. 10 minutes walk into Bala. All water activities an hour away were great. Zip wire was great. What’s not to love.

The owner was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. The site is kept immaculate and the bathroom facilities are cleaned regularly during the day. Although there were a lot of young children on the site it was never noisy.
Great access to Bala.
We didn't use the WiFi, but I think it's £5 for a 7 day stay which is excellent value.Unbeliebt: Only suggestion would be another couple of pot wash sinks.
