The receptionist was very friendly when we arrived and when we asked if we could stay abit longer to put the tent down due to the weather it wasn't a problem. The bathroom were clean n warm.Unbeliebt: Wasn't much dislike about the pitch but they was a few noisy people next to us that wanted to leave at 7.00am and woke us up with deflating there beds. But that's just camp life.

Janice and the team did everything in their power to ensure our stay was the best it could be despite storm Lillian ripping through the county while we were there! 😉
The campsite it immaculate. The pitches are a great size and very level - the best we have stayed on. The shower and toilets were spotless despite the site being busy and the weather being awful. What a great job.
The shop is brilliantly stocked with everything from milk to camping supplies.
We even had resident robins visiting us every day.
The site is perfectly located for Bala lake and the town itself both only a short walk away.
A must while staying there is the Steam train - great fun for ALL the family and only 5 minutes walk from your pitch to the stationUnbeliebt: –

Within walking distance of the town & Bala Lake. Showers/toilets very clean & well maintained. Washing up facilities are undercover which is useful for the Welsh weather! Would certainly be happy to stay here again if we were going to this area in the future.
