Toilets and showers could do with some renovating and more frequent cleans. It was quiet when we visited but could imagine it being very congested!
Grass between pitches and around site needs a good cut.
Pitches are very tired.

Easy access local bus stop

Pitches need looking at. New gravel needed and need widening when we parked up the caravan door opened up onto the mud.

Site very good to access national water sports.

The reception/ shop was very rarely manned and the barrier did not recognise my registration. When I called the on duty person they were a little off hand at having to answer the phone.

Pitch was basic and because Motorhome so long at 7.5 metres we did get stuck on the grass in front of pitch. Although it says it has wifi you can only get this if you are parked near to reception which most people are not

Toilets and showers were clean but need to be updated.

Nice camp site, close to Nice walks and great pubs.
Self service check in.

Toilet and shower block was cold

Easy pitch up and sign in. Pitches we stayed on were hardstanding next to the toilet block. Had everything you really need. Showers were really clean and hot and powerful.

Toilet block need a refresh, paint flashing etc. Just a bit aged. Hardstanding was not great, not wide enough really, lots of boggy grass around! WiFi didn't work for us. But signal is good for streaming from phones.

Location was great. Close to watercentre. Lots to see.

Mud and more mud, the paths and drive way need attention

Location was excellent to all water sports, city and supermarkets.
The email checkin was brilliant.
Marie in reception was very pleasant and helpful.
Shop on site has everything you needed.
Showers were clean and hot.
Site was spotless.
Children's park was well maintained.

Toilet's was very dirty. Urinal was full of urine. Wasn't fixed in the whole week we were there.
Toilet seat had silicone on.
Male cleaners wasn't friendly at all.
Hard standing pitches needed a little maintenance.

It was a good size campsite, toilets and showers were cleaned and we liked that you didn’t have to pay for them. There’s good walks around and coop was about 20 minute walk from campsite.

Glamping pod was lovely. Warm clean and cozy.
Check in and out was great. Great communication.
Easily accessible.
Watersports ctr and nature reserve were great for walking around.

Road noise.
Camp shop wasn't open every day and when tried to buy things card machine wouldn't work.... and they wouldn't take cash 😔
Activities such as mini golf and rope course that were advertised on website and welcome email etc were all closed.... very dissapointed pre teen. Would of thought that they would be as it was half term. Staff in shop and cafe had no clue about them either!
Bathrooms seamed to be only tended once a day in the morning so by the evening they were in a sorry state.
Pitch up said about WiFi being available. No info anywhere available for it so couldn't use if it was.
