Exceptionally well presented site, smooth roads, well manicured grass and planting. The pitches are generous in size and hookups are easy to use and within good range of the pitches.
The walks around the lakes and river are beautiful with benches dotted around for picnics.
The shower and toilet block is clean and tidy, shower is on the small side but very clean.
The restaurant is amazing, quick service and tasty food, very convenient to have on site. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful, as are the other staff we encountered.
The atmosphere is friendly, we stayed in the adult only section but all parts of the site were friendly and had a good atmosphere.
The recycling and waste disposal area is well organised and as clean as can be expected. They even have a dog wash!
We stayed here while travelling between South and North Wales and it was a perfect stop off.
I had a job interview that I attended on MS Teams using the WiFi in the back of our campervan, and had no issues.

Shower on the small side, doesn't last long per push of the button, but doesn't detract from the general shower block experience.

Absolutely everything. It's a fantastic site and one the best we have stayed at. The site is wonderful and clean. Plenty of room on the pitches. The staff and customer service is brilliant. The onsite restaurant was first rate. For those that want WiFi I got 130 Mbps. Honestly, I can't find a negative thing to say

Excellent site that is spotlessly clean everywhere you go. The pitches are very generous in size and well spaced apart. We've never been anywhere where every member of staff, regardless of position are so welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble and a credit to the site. Lovely shower block and laundry facilities. Beautifully presented information pack on arrival and wifi throughout. There's
a separate field for the dogs to run around and the grounds are immaculately kept. A good sized play area for the children to play and once youve taken the dogs for a walk why not visit Arthurs bar & restaurant on site. The food is delicious and can be enjoyed in the restaurant, Al fresco or in one of the domes, that can also accommodate those furry friends. There is a lovely selection of beers & wines too and the atmosphere very relaxed & friendly. If you fancy something a little lighter there's a pizza parlour, or why not simply visit for cake & coffee. You won't be disappointed

The site is quiet, peaceful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the opportunity to have some “ down time” and to chill out for a time. The site is well positioned and gave us the chance to visit Powis Castle, Barmouth, Croft Castle and Chirk Castle.
The site has a very good driving in and out system and Arthur’s bar serves a variety of beers and wines. The Restaurant serves really good food. The outside seating area was nice and relaxing particularly when the sun is shining.
All in all we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a visit to this site.

The place could do with a shop on site for basics such as milk, bread etc as it’s a 3 1/2 mile ride either way to the nearest shops. Just a small point but I think it would help.
