We booked this site through Pitchup.com and it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Although the site is only around four years old, everything is very well established and extremely well maintained.

The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating throughout our stay. The whole site was immaculate, and the toilet and shower facilities were modern, spotless and clearly well looked after.

There is also a restaurant and sports bar on site. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent, with great service to match. The lakeside lodges look fantastic as well and add to the overall feel of the place.

We stayed in our VW camper with a TentBox on the roof and had absolutely no issues accessing the site or pitching up.

Overall, a fantastic, well-run site that I would happily recommend to anyone. A well-deserved 5-star rating from us and we will definitely be returning later this year.

We were on pitch 52 in front of the rubbish bins, it got a little noisy with everyone dropping their rubbish off.

Liked the hard standing pitches plenty of room

We had a great stay at Spring Meadows. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the whole site is well maintained. The pitches are huge with plenty of space, which makes the stay feel really comfortable.
The toilets and showers are spotless and clearly looked after. It’s also great that there’s takeaway food available on site. The fenced dog area and dog wash are perfect if you’re travelling with dogs.
The restaurant and bar are beautifully decorated and create a lovely place to relax. We would definitely return

Only negative I feel was that there could have been somewhere to at least buy bread, milk eggs etc. essentials as nearest shop a car journey away that’s all

Fantastic site. Lovely warm welcome which included an informative booklet which was very helpful indeed. Pity we were only staying one night, but we will be back! Great atmosphere in the club house we were lucky enough to have a singer to entertain us. We met some lovely friendly people. Site was spotless. We would highly recommend this site. The views were stunning too. Ample spaces between pitches. Faultless.

Our only dislike was the showers turned off very quickly when in use. They just needed to stay on a little longer to you didn’t need to keep pressing button.
Otherwise it was faultless

Fantastic size pitches, really liked that you could park any way you wanted.

The gentleman in reception couldn’t have been more helpful,
Toilet block and facilities were spotless.

We ate in Jesse’s and the food was outstanding ( we had the menu from Arthur’s)

Beautiful site - instantly regretted not booking two nights. Everything was well laid out and immaculate. The shower and toilet block were warm and spotlessly clean. Our pitch was huge and there was great WiFi and tv signal. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. the Welcome Pack was informative and helpful. We went to Jessie’s for a drink - really lovely decor and again friendly staff and then we ate at Arthur’s. The food was absolutely delicious. Book a table to avoid any disappointment. Wonderful stay. If we are in the area again, we would book longer than just one night!
