Unbeliebt: Couldn’t find the area to dispose of the chemical waste or the grey waste before departing. The site was very dark. No obvious markings to direct you to facilities or lighting. No suitable area for dog walking. The site is very small. Near a very busy road which wouldn’t be advisable to walk along. The site fee was very high considering it’s Low season! Could have been a gem

We have a dog walking area to the entrance of our park. We also have walks from our park entrance to the canal walks (200 yds from park entrance) as well as village walks, with dozens of wider walks within a 5 minute walk or drive, so strange how you state there are no suitable areas for dog walking... All this information was available via your detailed booking confirmation email and our various 360 virtual tours of our park and area to help you plan your stay in advance....
We rate 8/10 in terms of value for money and are comparable with similar sites. Before booking you would have had access to other parks pricing locally and had you felt our site fees are 'very high,' we would expect you would have booked an alternative park, but did not....?
In line with many reviews left, we are always on hand to promptly assist with any issues during a guests stay. We received no phone calls, messages or emails from you requiring any information or help, although would have been happy to help had you felt the need for help...
