Unbeliebt: Been here previously when the site first opened and now back again for another visit..the first thing I remember was how noisy the road outside can be especially going into a weekday.. it's a small compact site with an amenities block which is now sadly outdated compared to a lot of other sites we've been on..WiFi on the site has a mind of it's own plus you do struggle with phone signals , the hot water in the shower could be hotter and better pressure... But saying that , there the only things I could mention.

Hi Chira. In short thank you for choosing to stay with us. In reply we are absolutely transparent any road noise so do not accept at all your false comments that you were in any way 'duped.' Why? As before booking you have access to our website and an aerial video of the road, the area and our park. You also had access to and were also provided links to the videos and our park plan that shows very clearly the proximity of the road to our park.
Our park ranks 9.5/10 on average by our guests and whilst we appreciate our park is not for everybody your comments are both unfair and unreasonable in any lay persons eyes and we have requested Pitchup removes your review accordingly.
So with this information or more to the point in ignoring this information, with a view you would have an issue being near an A road, you still chose to book and then leave an unsubstantiated and unfair review, which is a shame.

We make no apologies in providing guidance to avoid guests damaging our barrier and the significant cost on us for such damage relative to a small fee for guests to stay on our park.
