We’re sorry to hear that several aspects of your stay didn’t meet expectations. Your comments regarding the shower and toilet facilities, pool capacity, and clubhouse comfort are all noted and will be shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing reviews and improvements.

Regarding the swimming pool slots — guests are able to book more than one session per day. To ensure fair access for everyone, one slot can be booked between 9:30am and 10:30pm in advance. After this, and subject to availability, additional bookings can be made throughout the day. It is not intended to be restrictive, but rather to help manage numbers for a better guest experience.

We’re very sorry to hear that your granddaughters didn’t feel comfortable in the play area. We do ask all guests to supervise their children and to respect our quiet hours from 10pm. While most guests adhere to these guidelines, we understand that this isn’t always the case..
