Very quiet & peaceful site with a lovely excellently clean toilet block.
Great hand made pizzas on Mon & Fri nights.
Just a short walk to Pickering & can get the steam train to Goathland & Whitby

The only thing we disliked was the weather lol torrential rain at the beginning of the week but not a lot anyone can do about that!

Lovely friendly welcome. Nice clean facilities showers and toilets. Bonus of being able to see a real working farm milking their cows and bringing in the harvest.

Nice size with well spaced out pitches with electric and water.
Handy to lots of places of interest York, Scarborough and Whitby to name but a few.

Hard ground for awnings but was overcome by lend of hard ground pegs..
Missing out on Pizzas Monday and Friday due to our poor timing they looked amazing!

The toilet and shower block was impeccably presented. Clean, well presented/decorated and the shower pressure was excellent. They do pizzas on a Friday and Monday night (I stayed a Wednesday night so didn’t try). The site is beautiful kept and ideal for fully equipped caravans and motor homes. Water taps every other pitch (as far as I could see). I was in campervan and used the EHU. No washing up facilities available for those without onboard facilities. Very warm and polite welcome. all the sounds and smells you’d expect for a working dairy farm! Morning I woke up horses hooves, birds, ducks etc and of course moooooing of cows!

Lovely relaxed farm surroundings facilities were brand new and very well kept easy access friendly staff who were very helpful. Good level pitches with easy access for water and electricity.
