The quietness, the views, the location, the facilities (spotless, modern, and plenty of them, there's even a kettle and a washing machine), ease of booking in (basically you turn up and start enjoying your holiday immeadiately), the size of the site (small but perfectly formed), the communal fire-pits and the electric hookup. It's a very quiet, freindly and relaxing place. The pub is reachable on foot and there are goats and chickens on site as well as bats and owls at night. Wonderful.

The individual toilets and showers, just nice facilities that are honest and do the job! . Pitch was good muddy but hey it’s the uk and really good - The space between pitches (trees and nothing behind / in front). Oh and the fact the place was not manned by owners - great in our opinion!

We were warmly welcomed to the site by Jerry and Ted (the sheepdog). Jerry gave us plenty of advice about local walks, including the best way to get to the SW Coast path (the reason for our visit), and local pubs & shops.
We took the opportunity to use the sites self service shop and the eggs and apple juice (produce from the farm) were superb.
Although the site is small the pitch was perfect for our van, and surrounded by apple trees that were preparing to blossom.
The site facilities were superb. The showers and toilets were very clean, a great size and warm water was always available.
The kitchen area was equipped with a microwave, washing machine etc and a good size washing up area.
As we visited the site mid week it was very quiet.
As well as easy access to the coast path there are a number of walking routes nearby.

My camper broke down amd was unable to stay , I emailed them to see if I could stay following week which was agreed I said I would clarify thus by the Thurs, my van couldn't be fixed in that week so I emailed and asked if I could do the following Sat, I've had no reply despite several emails

Pretty site in a good location, with farm animals. Well signposted

Very muddy on grass pitches in February (unsurprisingly)

Lovely spot very quiet toilets and showers excellent and clean

Pitch was bit muddy could do with stones but wasn't really a problem

Absolutely amazing, we stayed for two nights at the start of the week and due to a problem with our next accommodation we decided to return!

Loved the setting, camping within the orchard. Super showers and kitchen block with all amenities needed. We only stayed one night as part of our first trip out in our new van but this would be a great campsite to revisit to enjoy more of the facilities and to explore the surrounding area later in the year, when the weather is warmer and drier.

The facility’s were absolutely lovely. Everything you would need. Toilets and showers were very clean and modern. Absolutely enjoyed our stay even though it was very rainy.

Amazing facilities and great location

Absolutely nothing.... It was a wonderful first adventure in our new campervan. Looking forward to visiting in the summer when it was a little less muddy.
