The lake, the fire pit, the shop, the cafe. It was a nice safe environment for the kids to play

Water sports a little pricey

We had a great time as always we were given the pitch we had requested as we come every year and the staff at check in were lovely and helpful the kids loved the inflatables and we had paddle boards and boats which we all enjoyed the kids love going to the skate park and playing football and made lots of friends.

The toilets and showers weren’t as clean or toilet paper available as it has been in the last few years but it was busy and the staff were doing there best.

Pitches are nice and big and there is so much to do onsite for kids especially. The little bar/cafe is really handy and the shop well stocked. All the staff were helpful and friendly.

Only dislike is the quiet time rules were not enforced and there were groups of campers partying until 1-2 in the morning. If my kids were a little younger this would have been a problem.

Dirty showers & toilets very noisy late into night ground was very hard to put tent pegs in

spacious ptiches, toilet and showers clean, friendly and helpful staff. Short walk into local town.

Extra activities on site were really good. Did archery and the instructor was awesome (would have put her name but can't remember- only two of us on the activity as the third person fell off there scooter) Booking system wasn't the best to use but managed to book in the end

Shower/toilet block setup is pretty poor.
As you enter the sink is first on the wall then the toilet, next is a walk in shower with no additional shower tray (floor is all one level). Multiple times when for a shower and the cubicle was flooded with water sloshing around the base of the toilet into the shower. Personally I find this very unhygienic as the floor is all one level allowing water to run from the toilet area to the shower (if people miss the loo this is in the water your feet are in whilst showering). Solution would be to have the shower end raised in a separate shower tray.

Very friendly staff. Excellent facilities. Easy access to local services. Excellent site for families.

Expensive for food on site. Fire pits are over priced (£10 a night) but of good quality but no discount for long stays (over 2 nights)
