Soap ran out not replaced that day or next( why isn't cleaner checking this? ) some sort of brown liquid on floor in toilet. Was still there 5 hours later not cleaned up.Bins were full up and adding to wasp problem. Ive stayed on immaculate sites charging same or less without any of these problems.

Thank you for your feedback, you can join the public club for £125 a year. due to H&S/insurance we cannot allow access to the river unless you join the club. The river is tidal with strong undercurrents. the public slipway is a five minute drive away in Acaster Malbis, this is above the lock and much safer. You are allowed to camp next to the river, it is only the river slipway and pontoon your can not go on, you can fish from the river bank.
