Unbeliebt: The facilities are really tired. A few toilets out of order (ladies block and pool toilet) and the unisex toilet/shower cubicles tended to be flooded and some had broken toilet seats. Luckily we were only there for 1 night so I could avoid showering there.
The bistro welcome wasn't the friendliest, I think we were greeted with 'so are you wanting a drink or not', food was ok. But mainly there was an underlying atmosphere that we felt which made us relieved it was a short stay.

Bistro was closed on the day we arrived so I can't comment.
Swimming pool was not very clean (especially toddler pool) it was £3 per person for 45 minutes, the duration of time was not advertised. Have to be let in to pool which we were let in 15 mins late, to then be kicked out by the maintainance man after half an hour and him stating that we had had half an hour more in the pool, when we actually had only had half an hour. No other people were in the pool all day so was no reason we couldn't have had out allocated time.

I am disappointed to hear you had issues with the pool. Our swimming times are advertised on the website, In reception and the team do make guests aware on our pre arrival calls and on check in. I am sorry you found issues with the cleanliness of the pool. Our team do checks through the day however if we are made aware we can have this sorted asap. I will look into the issues with the games room.
