Lou and H are wonderful hosts, lovely pub, lovely setting

Camping toilets/showers
No soap
Both toilets blocked and unusable, pub closed so unable to notify anybody.
Although modern, they were not cleaned at all when we were there.
Such a shame that the camping side has been let go, beautiful site, just needs some tlc and cleaning rota for the toilet block

We only stayed 1 night but really enjoyed it. Everyone was so welcoming. The pub is lovely with its roaring fire on a chilly night. There's a well stocked bar and the steak and chips are definitely recommended. Hope to come back again sometime soon. Thank you

Liked Everything, great hosts, lovely setting, great pub. You need to ask where to pitch up in the pub, then they take you to the available areas.
Shallow but fast stream passing by camp and pub so little ones should be supervised or possibly encouraged to paddle in when weather is good.

Disliked nothing to dislike

The hospitlity of 'H' the landlord was fantastic, we were made to feel so welcome by him, his staff and the locals.

Beautiful location. Hosts lovely after initial frostiness as I wasn’t expected.

No internet/wifi - only in pub. Overall felt a bit shabby - no loo roll in loos - no where to empty toilet cassette or waste. Just been taken over so hopefully owners will make the most of what that have here. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

Facilities and services were great and well-maintained, and the location was perfect! As for the hosts "H" and Lou, they were brilliant, very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. You have to visit their pub (the Bridge Inn) for beautifully cooked food and fine ale. The locals made the visit extra special! Huge shout out to Billy, who is never short of a tune or two. We'll def be back... Much Love, from General Zog and Emma ;)

Beautiful location, fabulous pub with great service and food. Very friendly welcome too. Showers were excellent. Good value for money.

Lack of wifi, but we knew this would be the case, so not a problem! Let's be honest, we all need more time off our phones anyway....
