Nelíbí se: Non electric camping section on a hill and difficult to find flat ground to set up camp. A few campers got stuck trying to leave the next morning due to a combination of boggy ground and the hill. Quite an uphill walk to the facilities which are located by reception (recommend you take a toilet with you)

We are sorry if you found pitching difficult we are naturally on a slope through the site. We did have an issue with a guest trying to get of the site because they had a flat tyre that prevented them from leaving the bottom field, we did assist them to the upper field so the tyre could be repaired.

The toilet facilities were clean and warm, and the barrier access added a reasonable sense of security. There is also a small play area for children, which is a useful addition for families.
Nelíbí se: It quickly became clear that the site operates a two-tier setup, with non-electric campers directed to a poorly maintained lower field. The entire site sits on a noticeable slope, with very little genuinely flat ground, making pitching difficult. The lower field in particular was boggy with long grass and a steep exit, and several campers struggled to leave. Throughout the day and night there was a constant, intrusive hissing noise from a nearby gas facility, which significantly affected the stay. The contrast in upkeep between the electric pitches and the rest of the site is hard to ignore, with the former being well maintained and conveniently located, while the latter feels neglected. Access roads are also deeply rutted, especially into the lower field. Overall, the layout and conditions make what should be a simple overnight stay unnecessarily difficult.

The bottom field is a mix of electric and none electric pitches, we were aware that some of the bottom field was wet and did advice on arrival which areas to avoid. There was a vehicle that struggled to get off and was found to have a flat tyre once we assisted him to the upper part of the park.

I am not sure what time you were calling the Wardens as we do try our very best to answer all calls in a timely manner. If the calls were after 5pm the office number is not diverted to the phone, there is an out of hours number on the reception door that will come through to the Wardens. We are sorry if you felt you had a grumpy response this was not our intention.

The gentleman was lovely but being patronised by the lady for coming through the gate on arrival despite being sent a gate code & despite not receiving an email for a deposit (which I’ve still not got back 5 days later) made to feel v unwelcome.

There is a big sign just after you enter the park that all guests should park in the car park and check in before entering through the barrier. This is because we do not have any parking places once you come through the barrier and if several guests come through the barrier together this can cause a jam for those already on site not being able to enter or exit. we are aware that information regarding the barrier code is sent out and we will look into this as it does cause confusion.
We are hoping that your deposit has now been returned as this does take 5 to 7 working days to be returned by the bank, sorry for the delay.

The fully serviced pitches each have an individual tap for water this maybe that 2 separate taps are running of one post so there is a water tap individual to each pitch, we are sorry if you felt you were sharing a tap.

The Indian food van which comes from restaurant can be ordered online in advance or can be purchased from the van direct whilst they are on site.
The signs to the entrance have been missing for a few weeks as they are in the process of being re faced due to information on them being inaccurate they will be back at the entrance in the next couple of weeks.
