Nelíbí se: Cabins were quite closer together than they looked and no instruction/information folder was available in the lodge but the staff did say they were going to be adding folders into the lodges shortly.

We have taken feedback in the past regarding the information folders and have now introducing them to the lodges with information in them.
We are sorry the robes were not available as these have been taken previously by guests we do have new on order and hope they will be with us shortly, the extra towels is a good idea in the short term, hope this did not spoil your stay to much.

It was very clean, immaculate even and plenty of room for the two of us. The hot tub was amazing and the shower in the room, it was also lovely to have the option of having a fire.
Nelíbí se: The only thing that wasn’t good was there was a group of young lads and girls in a couple of lodges down from us. They were slightly noisy at times and they left a terrible mess around the communal fire pit, it wasn’t very nice to see when opening the door in the morning as our lodge was opposite. However, the owner had spotted it and went to their lodge to tell them to tidy up which they did.

Also, we had forgotten to bring milk and a lady in reception kindly helped us out even though it wasn’t something that was stocked. The site had all the essentials that we needed and overall we had a very relaxing and pleasant overnight stay.

Nelíbí se: The only thing i didn't like was the button in the showers that has to be pressed about once every 20 sec thats only my opinion as I have a bad back and it was a lot harder to shower but I do agree it saves water.

But a quick phone call to the out of hours number and I was greeted by a lovely chap who made us feel very welcome with it being our first trip out in the caravan and being complete novice’s.
We have an autistic 2 and a half year old daughter and she absolutely loved it just pottering around the caravan outside.
Toilet block very clean aswell
I would definitely recommend this site to anybody who doesn’t want much from a site.

Nelíbí se: Not really a dislike but maybe a problem for some. There are 2 toilet/shower blocks but only 1 in use at the entrance. If you have mobility problems, as I do, and are at the lower end, it could maybe be a problem if you don't have facilities in your van.

There is only the one toilet block the other building has not been used for some time. We do try to accommodate anyone with mobility problems and will always try to move them.

We are sorry that you felt that there was a distance to the toilet block, for guests struggling we do our best to move them closer to facilities if we are made aware at the time of stay. We do only have the one toilet block which replaced the old block which is an empty shell and cannot be used.
The signs from the front are away at the moment being re faced with the correct information on them they should be back soon, sorry if this caused any issues on arrival.
