Toilet / shower block not the best but did the job for 2 nights.

No em va agradar: We didn't get the Bell tent we booked we were moved to a static caravan site on a different camp. We were very disappointed with this. We will not be booking again.

Tradueix (A través del Traductor de Google)Em va agradar: The site itself is a nice open field with a play area for the children, plenty to do with it being located on Stonham barns site with all of the shops, golf, sports bar and car boot.
No em va agradar: However the toilet and shower facilities were disgusting. The poor women who checks you in in reception also cleans the shower/ toilet blocks so she is rushed off her feet. We stayed 2 nights Friday- Sunday and the toilets near the kids area where we stayed were not cleaned once. Some of the other guests decided to block sinks up with toilet roll, a lot of parents on our trip just let their kids run wild. Someone also poo'd in 2 of the showers!! They really need to employ a cleaner, if they invested in this cost then this would encourage people to return, but put off from visiting again due to the state of the toilets and showers.

Toilets and showers were run down but clean and well stocked, which is the most important thing.Being on the same site as the fairground and shops and owl sanctuary was brilliant as gives you something to do without driving out.
No em va agradar: Shower head in the ladies too low and non adjustable meaning it was really difficult to wash hair.

The lady that work there and accommodated everyone was extremely lovely, friendly and polite. It was a shame that she had to deal with complaints, customers and other things independently.
No em va agradar: The lack of things for children to do on the pitch. There could have been a proper park.
There was no light over the park,so the children were not able to play till late and see-unsafe.The showers looked and smelt like the toilet backed up into it. (Maybe it did) because I arrived on Friday,by Saturday the shower facilities was closed until further notice due to complaints. There was another shower however it was quite a distance.

Golf centre was brilliant fun.
WiFi was reliable
No em va agradar: Had to stand outside and keep an eye on people behind as they had fire pits going in very windy conditions with all the embers going everywhere. Pitched seemed very close together and not a lot of room to move. We were told to come to bingo as it’s great fun so we arrived early and had some dinner but had to sit on a high table with stools as all tables were reserved only to then find out the tables were for the staff who work and live on site, many visitors left as nowhere to sit.
Very noisy site us and one other family we know of packed up and went a day earlier

No em va agradar: The bathroom facilities are disgusting!!!! Floors were not mopped the whole week we were there. The showers were filthy and the toilets stunk like a farm. Bouncy pillow is no longer there yet still advertised. The washing up area inside is smelly and messy. Reception are is a mess and service is slow. Very slow. Understand we were really disappointed, we did email but never got a reply.
