Great site, plenty to do for kids & adults

Grass had not been cut and very strong sewage smell from the ditch.

Staff are amazing and the site has so much to offer. I little bit of love and effort it could be the best site for miles!

The main park with shops. fair ground ,bar etc good mix for all ages
Small village shop had very good selection good sized car boot and a car show on which we did not walk round
Did not use WiFi so no comment

Over flow camping field toilet and shower blocks got dirty fast but the lady who cleaned them was spotless sadly you just get people who abuse facilities
No disabled toilet in that field a walk to far for disabled loo right at other end of campsite so needed to drive and no Elsan point that also at other end of camp site
Would prefer main field in future

Great place to stay, lots of things to do at stonham barns. We visited the owl sanctuary, adventure golf and the funfair. Plus went around the lovely independent shops.
Toilets and showers were good and a play park for the kids too.

Only problem we had is other people camping who didn't stop talking till midnight. It says you have to be quiet by 10 but that isn't checked and when your trying to get young kids to sleep it's very hard when most people are still outside being very loud till 9/10pm then when you think it will finally quieten down, it does a bit but then all you can hear is adults being loud next to you, so not much sleep had, unfortunately.

There was a lot off potential but needs upgrades done
The campsite stunk off sewage all weekend as I’m fairly sure all there wastewater is going in an open ditch.
The park was ok but rubbish everywhere.
The campsite also did not empty the bins and rubbish was overflowing also no recycling.

For such a big company and complex there campsite is appalling

Shops interesting

The toilets and shower blocks were disgusting /dirty and not cleaned the whole time we were there. Sanitary towels on floor as no bins I wouldn't wash my dog in any of them.

Felt sorry for the lady on reception trying to cope on her own, checking people in and taking them to their pitches, it was very busy when we arrived and we had to wait for ages. They need more help.... she was very pleasant and apologized for the wait.....

The sewerage smell the whole weekend, it was awful, showers and toilets a disgrace, they were disgusting, not cleaned the whole weekend. Untidy and unkempt site, such a shame as it could be so nice.

The location, the children enjoyed the crazy golf and shops in the shopping village. The bar was pleasant and had friendly staff.
The car boot on the Sunday was enjoyed by most of our party.
A plus having the Showground on site, as one reason we stayed the weekend we did was a classic car show on on the Sunday, which was very well attended (discount for those staying on the campsite would have been appreciated!).

THE TOILETS, SHOWERS AND THE BINS LET THE CAMPSITE DOWN
The toilets and shower blocks were not cleaned AT ALL during our 3 night stay. Not sure if they were cleaned thoroughly before we got there. The campsite was very busy being school holidays with lots of children (we were away with our daughter and son with their families. They were worse when we left and the smell on the Sunday night was disgusting of sewerage, almost unbearable, our pitches were not far away from the toilets.
The waste bins were a health hazard- they were over flowing by the time we left on Monday morning. They could make money by having a recycling bin for all the glass I would imagine.
Everywhere seemed a bit tired and needed a complete revamp, for the money they charged per night it was not good value.

The site is fantastic, we didn't have enough time to use all of the facilities but what we did experience was great. The cafe is reasonable price, we chose not to dine there but some of our group did have breakfast and said it was delicious.

The check in was quick and very friendly staff; on site shop was well stocked and fairly priced.

The cleanliness of the toilet and shower facilities could have been better.... in fact they were quite disgusting. There is not enough facilties for the size of the site. There is one member of staff who checked in and dealt with all customers / done all the cleaning - maybe they could employ a cleaner for twice a day as it is too much work for one person!
