Staff were friendly and shopping village was lovely.

Golf centre was brilliant fun.

WiFi was reliable

Had to stand outside and keep an eye on people behind as they had fire pits going in very windy conditions with all the embers going everywhere. Pitched seemed very close together and not a lot of room to move. We were told to come to bingo as it’s great fun so we arrived early and had some dinner but had to sit on a high table with stools as all tables were reserved only to then find out the tables were for the staff who work and live on site, many visitors left as nowhere to sit.

Very noisy site us and one other family we know of packed up and went a day earlier

The location had fun things for the children. Bit dated but children liked it. The bar/restaurant was lovely and trendy

The bathroom facilities are disgusting!!!! Floors were not mopped the whole week we were there. The showers were filthy and the toilets stunk like a farm. Bouncy pillow is no longer there yet still advertised. The washing up area inside is smelly and messy. Reception are is a mess and service is slow. Very slow. Understand we were really disappointed, we did email but never got a reply.

Shower block and toilets should be condemned. Thank goodness for our own facilities in our Motorhome.

Amazing camp site! So much to do and see. We came for the comic con but could have stayed much longer. Facilities were great, bell tent was clean and had everything we needed. Little kitchen to the side had all cooking facilities except a fridge. No electric inside kitchen but this wasn’t an issue. Will be staying again.

Toilets were a little far from the bell tents when you have a child who wakes at night and won’t go alone.

The pitch was ok with electric hookup, people around the site was quite friendly

The toilets and showers seriously need upgrading, we ended up using cafes to go the toilet and the showers were not good, I went 2 days without a shower, I just ended up having a strip wash.

Friendly welcome and totally throughout our stay from all the staff we interacted with. Pitches were very spacious and plenty of water stations which was much needed in the heat. Plenty of toilets and shower facilities along with wash up stations. Lots of room even when the camp got crowded which was pleasing. We stayed for 10 nights and there was plenty around for us to do for our entire stay. With Stonham barns shopping centre and owl sanctuary within walking distance plenty to keep the kids happy. We went to Felixstowe beach about a 40 drive and also a trip to GT Yarmouth about an hour's ride. We had a couple of lazy days which included water gun fights, frisbee and kicking a ball about with lots of friendly campers. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The only downside side was when lots of campers were on site they made a mess of the showers and toilets please note this wasn't the sites fault as they cleaned up often but the lack of respect from fellow campers.
