As a 1st touring trip this was a lovely flat site to come to, reception and check in was easy, flob to access the barrier has a £10 returnable deposit. Pitch was fine plenty of space, hook ups and water. Entertainment sounded good, as we had a dog with us we didn’t go in and but did sit out and eat and listen to the music. Kids mini disco (kids seem very well catered for), chippy on site seemed very busy, we didn’t try it out. Wasn’t able to connect to the WiFi from outside but it wasn’t a major issue. Shop on site closes a bit early at 6pm and if I’m honest doesn’t have a great choice (one type of dog food and I think I got the last can). Close to the beach and lighthouse, lovely walk along the beach, close to Lossiemouth to go and see the dolphins play and plenty of cafes /restaurants if you wanted a change.

Only negative was a showers, a bit grubby, some doors don’t have locks or the small stool is broken so no where fo leave dry clothes.

All in all a great break and would return.

Very poor quality pitched on a field with holes in the grass and sand filling them. Tents and tourers all mixed. Paid extra for awning space and told to find anywhere with a space! Packed in like sardines. Never go back again.

Very friendly and informative staff. We got a courtesy call a few days before our holiday to inform us of the office opening hours and what to do if you arrive after those time and make sure any questions we had were answered which I really likes as I've never had that from a campsite before. The facilities were very clean and the showers were great. The park is perfect for the kids although there were a couple of broken things but they had taken the broken bits away so as no-one could hurt themselves and hopefully they will be fixed by our visit next year. The shop had a really good option of different things to buy only thing I thought was missing was toothbrushes. The beach is a very short walk and very clean.

The restaurant seems very overwhelmed with the amount of people and food orders on the Saturday and we had to wait an hour and 15 minutes before receiving our food. Some family's gave up and left or went to the chip shop next door and took food back with them.

Arrived in my VW camper and got quickly set up for the night. The site is definitely child friendly with plenty for them to do. The entertainment area was also very good with a nice bar, shop, pool and arcade area. Staff were extremely nice and only too happy to help. Entertainment at night was good with a tribute band from ‘Little Fits’ or something which my daughter loved.

Pitches were decent with electric and water points at each one with plenty of space.

The site is right on the beach so we had to get into the surf. Amazing clean beach and sea. You would honestly think you were on some exotic island if it wasn’t for the lack of heat!

Toilet block was also decent and kept clean throughout the day. One of the massive positives is that the showers were great. No button to constantly press in, just a normal shower! Nice and hot with a constant pressure. Just what you needed coming in off the sea.

This is a great base to go adventuring. We cycled along west beach to Lossiemouth where we got an ice cream and watched the paddle boarders and swimmers on east beach. We then returned and went body boarding in the sea right next to the site. The following day we visited the aviation museum at Kinloss which was really good for its size! Not often you get to go and climb about a helicopter or plane! We also went along the fence line of Kinloss barracks which is a former RAF base and seen the Nimrod situated on the west fence. Pretty cool!!!

I will definitely be back, this is one of my favourite sites and has so much to offer for a family adventure.

The only minor point I would raise is the cost of breakfast at the bar area and the quality of the items.

I felt that it was over priced for what it was and that the items in the full breakfast were not of a good standard. Charging £6ish for a cereal, toast and a juice I found excessive. Not so bad for just me and my daughter but for a family of 4 or more, that would be a lot to pay.

My choice I know, but when I return, I will ensure I take my own breakfast items. So by being overpriced and using poor quality items, they have ensured they have lost repeat custom from me.

Headed here for the pool. Unfortunately, didn't realize you have to queue up at 8:30am in order to book a spot. We arrived around 2pm, hoping to have a swim that day, but there were no slots available. Luckily, the nearby beach was GORGEOUS and nearly empty, so we were happy to take advantage of that natural amenity.

The staff was the only other redeeming factor, but even that was hit or miss. The pool attendants are wonderful.

Should have done my research better; thought I was coming to an enhanced camp site, but turned out to be a cheesy holiday resort. Food was terrible. 'Entertainment' was terrible. Some of the staff were terrible.

The one centrally located toilet/shower/laundry facility was a bit of a walk from the pitch area, and required a code to enter. Not ideal at night, with a kid who couldn't remember the letter/number combo.

Opening hours also not ideal for campers who wake early; couldn't even get a coffee before 8:30. WiFi only free at restaurant/entertainment area. If you want to leave the site, you have to pay a cash deposit on a fob in order to re-enter. About 1.5 mile awalk away from Lossiemouth town center.

Veiws & location, plenty to do, entertainment at club, shower room clean, but need up dated!

Bingo prices expensive, since( Park Holidays took over)
