No soap in the communal wash area

The facilities were very nice, & position to the beach was good.

We had booked a gravel standing with grass, but the area for our pitch was more like a sand pit.

The swimming pool, evening family entertainment, kids craft centre, location and the beach - all great!

The toilets were not attended to as much as they should have been, the sinks were dirty for the full 4 days we were there, one was blocked with sand the whole time, no soap in the dispensers. Toilets also need a good clean, same dirt on toilets for 2/3 days. Bathroom facilities should be cleaned at least 2 times daily - this was not the case. Locks on the toilet doors broken/bent - need to be replaced/fixed.

Really friendly staff and excellent facilities. Location was amazing next to the beach.

The pitch had some litter from a previous occupant. It was also pretty uneven, with a number of stones to clear before a tent could be pitched. A drunken argument between other campsite users soured the last night, as it lasted until around 02:00.

Behaviour of other users is not the site's fault, however this is always going to be a possibility when the site has a bar.

Great site- pitches are a decent size, toilets and showers were clean, direct access to the beach was great, enough to do on site to keep a 5 year old entertained!

We loved the site, it has everything you need and more. Our four year old loved the kids club and arcades and got very excited every time a plane flew over the caravan. Our dog enjoyed all the walks that were nearby and the weather made it even better.

The only dislike was the fact the caravan did not have a hoover to allow us to clean up through the week but was one of the cleanest pet friendly caravans we have stayed in. Just a bit disappointed with location due to requesting a close caravan to all the amenities due to husband being on crutches and it was a struggle for him to get about.

So close to the beach, it’s beautiful. Pools lovely and warm and staff member at the pool was very friendly. My son loved the arcade.

Shower and toilet block was untidy and unclean for the majority of the stay. Was supposed to have a code for the toilet block but it was open the entire time. The tent pitch area is quite cramped when busy.
