The open area of the site where great. Big field for the all the kids to play together and not bother any off the 'older generation who forgets they had kids one day or was a child at one point'. The park is great, alot of it made on site which we loved. Toilet block is clean and in perfect usable condition. The owners are in the middle off building a new toilet block and it looks great soon to be stunning so Credit to them. Very relaxed site on the Saturday nearly every pitch had a fire going which looked and felt great. Best bit is the fact when we arrived there where two sheep just walking the site not a care in the world. The two alpacas where so friendly our 6 year old loved them and they with 3 Rams which are also great. Just bring a torch for late night toilet trips as lighting minimum it does advise this but just saying. I think if they did put lights in it would spoil the feel of the site so hope they keep it like that also there is plenty of pubs within a 5 to 10 min drive, also a great car boot every Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holiday only 10 to 15min away.

Bins but hopefully as the site in progression they will have separate bins instead of one large skip but to be far this is well enough out the way as not to bother anyone staying.

Loved this stay! First time in a pod, located near lancaster or blackpool and very family freindly, childrens play area and lamas and goats to pet. Theres a pool to fish which only requires a basic rod and bread for carp, I wish i had taken a rod for my son as he made Friends with the other lads fishing, they will be happy all day doing that and its just 5 pound a day. Summer is always onhand if anything is needed and ill definitely be staying again, id recomend a 35 min drive to ingleton falls for walk although forrest of bowland close by also.

Noise till late but wasn’t the owners fault

The playpark and animal the children could pet.

Maybe could do with hot water at the wash up area, but a bit of forethought and take your own hot is not a problem

very quiet nice clean facilities and in the process of updating - ongoing building as we were there

found that there was no access to a OS track marked from the site.
